Leonardo Cunha
Leonardo Cunha is the founder of UpexFlow. He has built his career through years of experience across technology, systems, operations and business, working in corporate environments of varying complexity in Brazil and Europe.
With a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and a postgraduate qualification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, he has developed a multidisciplinary practice spanning systems support and operations, technical-functional analysis, data, integrations, automation, processes and Business Analysis.
Throughout this journey, he has worked in contexts involving major companies and international projects, including experience at consultancies such as NTT DATA in Brazil and Winning in Portugal, as well as large-scale projects for companies such as Ambev and TAP Air Portugal. This brought him face to face with challenges ranging from straightforward operational needs to complex investigations involving systems, data, processes, integrations and multiple business areas.
Over time, this experience consolidated a defining principle of his work: understand the problem before choosing the solution. Identify pain points, organize complex scenarios, connect business and technology, and transform needs into clear, functional and sustainable solutions.
UpexFlow was born from this perspective. It is an ecosystem created to apply this experience to building digital solutions, services and products, supporting everyone from professionals and small businesses seeking to better structure their ideas and operations to companies that need to organize processes, integrate systems, automate workflows and solve problems with greater clarity and efficiency.
